Job Title: Loss Control Manager
Location: Kitwe with travel to Sites

Reports to: C.E.O

JVCHANTETE EARTHWORKS ZAMBIA LIMITED , whose registered office is at Mindolo North in Kitwe is looking for a suitable candidate to fill up the position of Loss Control Manager to be based in Kitwe and expected to travel to Solwezi, Kalumbila, and Lumwana (JVChantete Sites).

Primary Functions:

The Loss Control Manager’s (LCM) primary function is to identify causes of losses and to implement corrective actions. He will have oversight over the logistical and procurement processes. He will have oversight over all security measurements.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

1. Must have a Bachelor of Arts Degree
2. Must have done a course in Staff Management
3. Must have at least 10 years of experience in senior management.
4. Must have 4 years of experience in security management.
5. Must have the ability to build group dynamics and know how to manage “change”

6. Must be MS Office competent.

7. Must be able to present plans, reports and feedback to senior personnel using presentation techniques like PowerPoint, flip charts and so on.
8. Must be able to coordinate with the Personnel, Health and Safety, and Workshop Departments.
