Loss Control Specialist

Job Description: Prosper Zambia is hiring a Loss Control Specialist to identify and minimize potential losses and risks within the organization. The Loss Control Specialist will conduct inspections, develop loss prevention programs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential loss risks.
Develop and implement loss control programs and safety procedures.
Provide training and guidance to staff on loss prevention and safety practices.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of loss control measures.
Prepare reports and recommend improvements to minimize losses.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of loss control and safety regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and provide training.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Risk Management, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in loss control and safety management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in loss control or safety management.
