Job Description
Copperbelt Innov is looking for a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring the efficient and safe production of products.
Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.

Monitor machine performance and identify issues.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

Experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
