We’re hiring for
Maintenance Coordinator
Learn how you can be our voice in the conversation about the future of agriculture.
As Maintenance Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and safe execution of maintenance work orders/ activities and projects. You will manage the CMMS Emaint. program and closely monitor the following KPI`s. i.e. OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and Parts inventory management. You will fully participate in the Corteva safety standards implementation. You will conduct plant equipment performance/ safety inspections and be part of the identification of potential upgrades of equipment and Root Cause analysis in bad performance of equipment.
You Will Be Part of Growing Team
As Maintenance Coordinator, you will be part of the site maintenance team overseeing the planning and safe execution of all site maintenance works/ activities on plant equipment and buildings/ facilities.
Your Challenge:

Planning and Scheduling of maintenance works/ activities
-
Coordination of maintenance works/ activities
-
Tracking of work order completion and work backlog planning/ scheduling
-
Keeping track of the maintenance KPI’s.

Parts Inventory management
-
Equipment data capturing
Key Stakeholders and Interactions:
You will work closely with Production, Supply chain, Quality assurance, Safety, Commercial/ admin departments. You will also engage with suppliers and contractors.

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma/ Advanced certificate in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
-
Minimum of 4 years maintenance work experience
-
Computer literate with experience in CMMS (SAP, eMaint. or PRONTO)
-
Maintenance Planning/ Scheduling skills
-
Good communication skills
