Job Description:
Elite Zambia is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to help organizations improve their performance and efficiency. The successful candidate will analyze business problems, develop strategies, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct organizational assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to address management issues.
• Provide recommendations on operational efficiency and management practices.
• Collaborate with client teams to drive change and monitor progress.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in management consulting or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
