1. JOB SPECIFICATION
Job Title: Manager – Digital Transformation
Grade: P3
Department: Information Communication Technology (ICT)
2. Job Purpose
To lead and manage the Agency’s digital transformation initiatives, ensuring successful integration of digital technologies, fostering innovation, and driving a digital-first approach that aligns with the Agency’s strategic objectives.
4. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
a) Full Grade twelve (12) School Certificate or equivalent.
b) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
c) Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field is an added advantage.
d) Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification work experience in ICT systems management with a minimum of three years at middle management level.
5. OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED
a) Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing digital strategies.
b) Proficiency in modern digital tools, platforms, and best practices.
c) Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
d) Ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organisation.
e) Effective verbal and written communication skills.
