The
Marketing & Sales Officer
will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth for our organization. Generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, and promotional material and developing marketing strategies. The sales and marketing manager represents the company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively communicate our brand, message, and value proposition to target audiences

Analyzing budgets, preparing budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.

Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to execute campaigns and initiatives that drive revenue growth

Identify and prioritize target audiences through market research and data analysis

Create compelling content for marketing collateral, including web content, product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media posts

Manage and measure campaign performance, analyzing data and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve marketing KPIs

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers and partners to expand our reach and impact
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or Related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales.

Member of Zambia Institute of Marketing

Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
