About Kison Studio
Kison Studio is a Lusaka-based creative production company, specializing in high-quality video and photography services for a diverse range of clients. From corporate content to branded visual campaigns, everything we produce is crafted in-house by our dedicated team using our own equipment and resources.
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing & Sales Personnel to help grow our brand visibility, expand our client base, and drive revenue through creative marketing strategies and effective sales execution.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Kison Studio’s services across digital and offline channels.

Generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and lead follow-ups.

Engage and build relationships with corporate clients, brands, agencies, and organizations.

Pitch and present creative service offerings clearly and professionally to potential clients.

Manage and grow social media presence, coordinate content creation, and run targeted campaigns.

Set and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting on performance and KPIs.

Collaborate with the production team to align marketing messages with service delivery.

Create marketing materials, proposals, and branded content to support outreach.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Attend relevant industry events, expos, and networking functions to represent the studio.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in marketing, sales, or business development — preferably in media, advertising, or creative services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A self-motivated go-getter with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Digital marketing skills, including social media strategy, content planning, and basic analytics.

Knowledge of visual content (video and photography) as a commercial product or service.

Ability to meet targets and work independently with minimal supervision.

Professional, confident, and comfortable in client-facing environments.
