Job Description

– Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote MARSHA FITNESS products and elevate brand visibility.
– Conceptualize and execute compelling social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) to foster engagement and expand our follower base.
– Curate visually stunning content, including photography, videography, and graphic design, to showcase our products and embody the MARSHA FITNESS lifestyle.
– Utilize photography skills to capture product imagery and lifestyle shots that resonate with our target audience.
– Oversee the editing and enhancement of photo content to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity.
– Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize content and campaign performance.
– Cultivate and maintain our brand’s visual identity and messaging across all marketing channels.
– Forge strategic partnerships with influencers and collaborators to extend our brand reach and impact.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation and growth.
– Collaborate closely with the CEO to align marketing endeavors with overarching business objectives and milestones.

Requirements

– Demonstrated experience in marketing, social media management, and multimedia content creation.
– Proficiency in photography, photo editing software, and graphic design tools.
– A keen understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors.
– Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
– The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Prior involvement in the fitness or fashion industry is advantageous.
