Job Description

Job Summary

The Marketing & PR Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies that enhance the company’s brand visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth. This role combines creativity with strategy, ensuring that the company is well-represented across traditional and digital platforms while fostering positive relationships with clients, media, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Create engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and advertising.
Manage company branding, promotional materials, and corporate identity.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.

Public Relations

Build and maintain strong media relationships (print, radio, TV, online).
Draft press releases, articles, and speeches for company events and announcements.
Organize press conferences, launches, and networking events.
Act as a point of contact for media inquiries and stakeholder communication.

Digital Marketing

Manage social media accounts and online presence to grow audience engagement.
Monitor analytics and track campaign performance to optimize results.
Implement SEO, online advertising, and email marketing strategies.

Event Management

Plan, coordinate, and promote corporate events, exhibitions, and community initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Internal Communications

Develop communication materials to keep employees informed and engaged.
Support cross-departmental projects with PR and marketing input.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, PR, or brand management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
