Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused, and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team in Lusaka. This full-time role blends customer service, administrative support, marketing coordination, and graphic design duties. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for enhancing customer experiences and delivering engaging marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct Customer Interaction & Support

Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and walk-ins.

Address customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to help track trends and improve service quality.
2. Sales & Lead Generation

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services during interactions.

Forward qualified leads to the sales team with adequate background and context.

Maintain communication with potential leads, nurturing relationships and sharing relevant information.
3. Customer Feedback & Reporting

Collect and organize feedback related to marketing initiatives and general customer experience.

Generate basic reports on feedback and campaign performance from a customer perspective.

Monitor recurring customer queries to help identify market needs and trends.
4. Marketing & Administrative Support

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support ongoing campaigns and activations.

Assist in the coordination of customer-facing marketing events and promotional initiatives.

Prepare marketing presentations, team meeting agendas, and detailed minutes.

Schedule social media posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence related to marketing and customer communications.

Organize and maintain marketing documents and records in both physical and digital formats.
5. Graphic Design Duties

Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines.

Repurpose content across digital and print platforms.

Support the visual ideation and rollout of campaigns.
6. Additional Responsibilities
