Role Description

The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lusaka, with some remote work options available. The Marketing Communications Manager will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success departments.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing and executing press releases, content marketing, and strategic communications plans
• Expertise in project management, ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO and SEM
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the agriculture or technology industry is a plus
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across departments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
