Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in Lusaka. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and coordinate marketing efforts across various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee content creation, including blogs, social media, and advertisements.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and trade shows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
