Qualifications

-Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

· Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in retail marketing, brand execution, or visual

merchandising preferred.

· Registered with the Zambian Institute of Marketing (added advantage).

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and content creation is an added advantage.

Job role
  • Store Branding & Visual Merchandising – Coordinate and implement branding for new store openings and refurbishments, ensuring alignment with Yalelo’s brand guidelines.
  • Brand Maintenance & Compliance – Maintain consistent brand standards across all outlets, conducting regular store branding audits and ensuring timely updates to signage, POS materials, and displays.
  • Customer Service Support – Respond to customer queries and feedback promptly and professionally, working with the customer service team to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
  • Marketing Campaign & Event Support – Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and product promotions; represent Yalelo at key events and trade shows.
  • Administrative & Vendor Management – Support with managing marketing-related budgets, coordinate with suppliers and service providers for timely delivery, and support with reporting on campaign and branding activities.
  • Compliance Oversight – Ensuring all branding and marketing materials meet Yalelo’s quality and compliance standards.
  • Brand Management – Maintaining strong brand presence and consistent visual identity across all outlets.
  • Customer Service Excellence – Delivering exceptional customer experience through effective engagement and prompt resolution of queries.
