Marketing Operations Officer

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Operations Officer is responsible for implementing and overseeing marketing strategies to promote products and services. This role involves a combination of creative, analytical, and strategic skills to enhance brand awareness, attract customers, and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

-To meet the objectives set for the year for the organisation.

-Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.

-Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

-Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing materials, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

-Manage and grow the organization’s presence on social media platforms, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.

-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights for informed decision-making.

-Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining a strong and cohesive brand identity.

-Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.

-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

-Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

-Implement strategies to engage and retain customers, fostering a positive brand image and customer loyalty.

Requirements:

– 2 years Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

– Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and techniques.

– Written and verbal communication skills.
