Job Description
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share. This position requires working with a cross-departmental team to identify market opportunities, optimize marketing activities and analyze their effectiveness to ensure that the company’s expected market goals are achieved.
Main Responsibilities
Market Analysis:
Study industry trends, market dynamics and competitors to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
Analyze consumer behavior and preferences in the target market to provide data support for promotion strategies.
Develop Marketing Strategies:
Develop annual marketing plans and budgets based on market research results.
Set marketing goals and be able to track and evaluate goal achievement.
Implement Marketing Activities:
Organize and execute promotional activities, including advertising, promotions and event marketing.
Manage online and offline promotional activities and coordinate related resources to ensure the smooth progress of activities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use market analysis tools and techniques to monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities, perform data analysis and generate reports.
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related majors (Master’s degree preferred).
Work Experience:
1+ years of experience in marketing or related fields, with proven success in implementing marketing campaigns.
