HRLeverage Zambia Limited is recruiting on behalf of a client in the media industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the execution of impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to ensure optimal results.
• Develop engaging and high-quality content for social media, email marketing, and the company’s website.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to promote services and expand the client base.
• Organize and maintain marketing databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Provide support for day-to-day operations within the marketing department, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms).

  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
