The
MARKETING SPECIALIST
will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your creativity and expertise will play a key role in elevating our brand presence and establishing our platform as a top choice for sports enthusiasts.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop Trade Marketing Strategies to increase brand presence and sales.

Develop relationships with tipsters and promotion companies.

Coordinate, and plan promotions, activations and merchandise distribution across Zambia.

Manage trade promotions including planning, budgeting and execution.

Assist our Sales Team in building proposals.

Develop local campaigns.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new users and retain existing ones, utilizing channels such as social media, email, content marketing, and partnerships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product design, and analytics to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including affiliates, influencers, and media partners to expand our reach and drive customer acquisition.

Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Education & Experience:

Well -developed communication skills.

Team player with a high sense of responsibility.

Good existing networks with betting operators.

Must have 3-5 years proven experience in marketing roles within the sports betting or gaming industry.

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to drive business results.
