Position: ZM2504 – Marketing Executive

Petropipe Zambia is a newly registered Zambian entity, A part of Petropipe Middle East focusing as packaged supplier representing over 90 OEMs and channel partners who are looking to expand their supply chain within the mining sector in Zambia. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Executive for a semi-hybrid role with strong lead generation and communication skills to join our dynamic team in Zambia. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in the local markets. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience working in field or sales-related roles for mechanical items and should possess client accessibility.

Role Description:

This is a semi hybrid role for a Marketing executive with flexibility for remote work and office based work. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, vendor registration, business and account management, and communication with the sales team for providing a better service to the local clients of the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and market share of our pumps and valves products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including product brochures, case studies, and presentations.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising, to reach target audiences effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product differentiation.
• Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our pumps and valves solutions.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
• Vendor registration and strategies to tailor make product range per the customers requirement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience in marketing within the similar product lines would be an add on.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of local end users and contractors within Zambia active in the energy and mining sector
