Job Summary:
Pentagon Hospital is seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform diagnostic testing and contribute to patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses on specimens.
• Interpret test results and communicate findings.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
• Valid certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist in Zambia.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a hospital laboratory setting is a plus.
