Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Medical Representative. As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and marketing our client’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, educating them about the client’s products, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. Responsibilities:

Product Promotion and Sales:

Promote and market our company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.

Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities and clinics to present product information, answer queries, and address concerns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company, ensuring consistent revenue generation.

Product Knowledge and Education:

Develop a deep understanding of our company’s pharmaceutical products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, industry trends, and competitor products to effectively communicate product differentiators.

Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, providing them with accurate and relevant information.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and tools to support product education and awareness.

Territory Management:

Effectively manage and prioritize your assigned territory, ensuring maximum coverage and penetration.

Develop and implement strategic plans to target key healthcare professionals and institutions within the territory.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.

Provide regular reports and updates on territory performance, including sales achievements, market insights, and customer feedback.

Compliance and Ethical Practices:

Adhere to all relevant industry regulations, codes of conduct, and ethical guidelines.

Ensure all promotional activities and interactions with healthcare professionals are conducted in a compliant and ethical manner.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
