Job Summary:
Pentagon Hospital is seeking a compassionate Medical Social Worker to support patients and their families in navigating healthcare challenges. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ social and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Provide counseling and resources to patients and families.
• Advocate for patients’ rights and access to services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Valid social work license in Zambia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
