Role Purpose

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Meet and Greeter for our Choma Branch. The core responsibility of this role is to provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees entering our premises.This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The Meet and Greeter will serve as the first point of contact and play a vital role in creating a positive impression of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner;
• Direct guests to the appropriate person or department;
• Provide information about our organization and answer general inquiries;
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area;
• Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate person;and
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor logs.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; experience in financial services is an added advantage
• Knowledge of financial products and services is beneficial
• Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, or a related role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness
• A team player with a customer-focused mindset
