EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Chitambo Agro Processing Limited (“CAPL”) is a company owned by the Industrial Development Corporation (“IDC”) in partnership with the Chitambo District Cooperative Union (CDCU”). CAPL is a start-up cassava milling company located in Mukando Chitambo, Central Province and will be producing cassava meal, starch, and stock feed for the local and regional markets.

A need has arisen to fill the following positions:

MERCHANDISER (x3)

In job grade CAP 6, the Merchandiser is responsible for promoting and selling the plant’s products to retail and wholesale customers. This role involves managing going to meet with the farmers to supply the cassava for the factory, maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and implementing sales strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Certificate in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of two (2) years work experience in a similar position.
