Job Description:

Lumina Ventures is looking for a dedicated and experienced Microbiologist to study microorganisms and their interactions with humans, animals, plants, and the environment. The Microbiologist will conduct research and provide valuable insights into microbial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct microbiological research and experiments.
Identify and classify microorganisms.
Analyze the effects of microorganisms on health and the environment.
Develop and test new antimicrobial agents and products.
Prepare reports and scientific publications.
Collaborate with other scientists and institutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Microbiologist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and research methods.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Skills:

Proficiency in laboratory equipment and software.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and in teams.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in microbiological research.
