As a Geologist, you will play a crucial role in studying the Earth’s processes, materials, and history to help make informed decisions regarding projects and operations. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of initiatives and contributing to long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct field studies and surveys to collect data on geological formations and structures.

– Analyze geological samples, data, and reports to identify patterns and trends.

– Prepare detailed geological maps, charts, and models.

– Evaluate the quality and quantity of natural resources, such as minerals, oil, gas, and water.

– Collaborate with other scientists, engineers, and environmental specialists to support project planning and development.

– Provide geological expertise in assessing the environmental impact and sustainability of projects.

– Prepare and present technical reports and findings to management and stakeholders.

– Stay updated with the latest geological research, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

– Proven 2-5 years experience in geological research, fieldwork, and data analysis.

– Proficiency in using geological software and tools (e.g., GIS, remote sensing, modeling software).

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

– Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork in various locations.
