Assist with incident investigations as and when required.

Assist in Development, implementation and maintaining safe work procedures and promote high safety and health awareness. Promote and comply with the LMC Occupational Health & Safety Policy.

Be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the team.

Train and Assess rigid/articulated dump truck operators
To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:
-
Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
-
Certificate IV in training/Assessor or any other relevant field
-
Teaching Methodology an added advantage
-
TEVETA accreditation as Trainer/Assessor an added advantage
-
Certificate in HME Rigid/Articulated dump trucks
-
Significant experience (5 years) operating mining equipment.
-
Experience in training and development of operators in dump/articulated truck operations of open pit mining operations.
-
Able to clearly demonstrate the aptitude to drive a light vehicle and hold a current Zambian drivers licence or be able to obtain one
