Name of the position: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Assistant Officer
Location: Mongu ( With frequent visits to Project location)
Contract duration: (From June to December 20224 with possibility of extension )
Start Date: (As soon as Possible)
Line Manager: Project Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities
a. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning
b. Community Feedback and Response Mechanism (CFRM)
c. Coordination, Liaison and Communication
d. Accountability and Safeguarding including Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH)
Required Skills, Education, Experience and Behavioural Competencies:
· Education and Experience:
· A bachelor’s degree in a related field eg. Social Science, Development Studies, Nutrition and Health
· At least 2 years of experience in MEAL with knowledge on data collection
· Skills and Competencies:
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency in relevant software applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Kobo etc)
