JOB DETAILS:
1. HSE OFFICER
Job Summary:
The purpose of the HSE Officer is to promote and implement HSE policies and procedures, safety culture. Regular and systematic audit of SOPs, health and safety rules, employee PPE, regular review of site files, report writing for any incidents as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote health and safety within the organization and sites that you are responsible for and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
• Conduct risk assessments and other safety assessments.
• Investigate accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes and recommend remedial actions.
• Maintain and update hazards identification and risk assessments records.
• Maintain and keep records of all employees’ medicals and Food handlers.
• Ensure all the legal requirements for food production is intact.
• Ensure a high standard of care and hygiene is maintained.
Competencies
• Demonstrate ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Keen eye for details for purpose of ensuring Health compliance.
• Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
• Full G12 Certificate
• Diploma in Health & Safety
• Minimum 0f 3-5 years’ experience on working in food production.
2. HEAD CHEFS – 2
Responsibilities
• Supervise kitchen staff in conducting their duties.
• Prepare meals of the highest quality according to company standard.
• Organize preventive maintenance on in house equipment.
• To conduct quality control of food presentation, portioning, taste and freshness.
• Monitor recipes and follow projected consumption of ingredients match with actual consumption.
• Make recommendations to menu and recipe adjustments.
• Manage all day-to-day operations within the budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Ensure kitchen compliance with legal and company policies.
Qualifications
• Full G12 certificate
• A chef who has received formal training from a reputable institution.
• At least 3-5 years’ work experience in cooking international/local cuisines with majority of the work experience being in a supervisor role.
• Ver organized and structured person who is able to make the whole team work in a structured manner with good teamwork and responsibility.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to both motivate and sanction the team to enhance performance.
3. Chefs – 3
Responsibilities
• Proven creativity in Menu planning and recipe creation.
• Ensure meals are prepared on time and sufficient quantities are available.
• Thorough knowledge of food preparations and servicing.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain stock levels of all kitchen supplies.
Qualifications
• Full G12 certificate
• Certificate/diploma in food production
• 3-4 Years experience.
4. PASTRY CHEF – 2
As a pastry chef you will responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, while maintaining high quality standards. This role involves precise measurements, recipe adherence and a keen attention to detail to consistently produce delicious and visually appealing products.
Responsibilities
• Execute baking tasks following established recipes and ensuring product consistency.
• Measure and prepare ingredients accurately, considering quantity and quality.
• Strictly follow recipes to achieve desired taste, texture and appearance of baked goods.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment.
• Monitor the baking process, ensuring finished products meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a pastry chef
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient functions and recipe adjustments.
• Attention detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills
Qualifications

• Culinary or baking certificates.
• 3-5 years experience
5. BAKERS – 4
Summary:
Skilled in the commercial baking of bread and buns.
Qualifications
• Full G12 Certificate
• Baking certificate
