1. DATA ENTRY CLERK X2
Job Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining data in company databases and systems. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and high level of accuracy to ensure the integrity of data used across the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms

Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system

Maintain and update filing systems for digital and physical records
-
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
-
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output
-
Generate reports as requested by management
-
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
-
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Proficient with Microsoft word. Excel, and data entry related software.

Familiarity with, or ability to quickly learn, basic office management procedures and equipment.
Education and Experience:
-
Diploma Business administration or equivalent required.

At least two years related experience required.

Experience with database management systems (e.g SAP)
Physical Requirements:
-
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
2. CASHIER (X2)
Job summary:
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently processing sales transactions at the cash register. This role involves handling cash, credit/debit transactions, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers.
Duties/Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases

Operate cash registers, scanners, and other point-of-sale equipment

Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately

Issue receipts, refunds, and change as needed

Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area

Answer customer questions and provide assistance in locating items

Follow all store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security

Inform customers about promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers
Required Skills and qualifications
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Strong attention to detail
-
2 years of experience as a Cashier

Enthusiasm for working within a team environment

Tact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information Proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily
Preferred qualifications

Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Accounting or equivalent
-
Basic math and computer skills
3. GENERAL WORKER X2
Duties/Responsibilities:
-
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in work areas (Kitchen, Offices and factories)
-
Carry out general duties such as moving, or organizing food stuff

Follow safety and sanitation regulations
-
Ensure cleanliness of offices assigned
-
Prepare and cook meals according to instructions
-
Must be able to cook for a large number of people together with other workers in the kitchen

Monitor food stock and report shortages
-
Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
-
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and adhere to food safety guidelines
REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to multitask and learn very fast

Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays when need arises
