Job Summary:
The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the HR team, assisting with day-to-day operations, employee relations, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and candidate screening.
2. Employee data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
3. HR administration: Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks.
4. Employee relations: Assist with employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries.
5. Benefits administration: Assist with benefits administration.
Qualification:
Diploma/degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years experience
2. HR knowledge: Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
3. Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality.
2. Job Title: Clearing and Forwarding Officer
Reports to: Logistics Manager/Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Clearing and Forwarding Officer is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the movement of goods through customs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customs clearance: Prepare and process customs clearance documents.
2. Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation.
3. Communication: Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, and warehouse staff.
4. Logistics coordination: Coordinate transportation and delivery.
5. Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Requirements:
1.2-3 years experience
2. Knowledge of customs regulations: Understanding of customs laws and procedures.
3. Logistics experience: Experience in logistics or customs clearance.

Requirements:
