1. School Administrator
Reports to: School Director
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations of the institution.
Maintain accurate student and staff records.
Coordinate internal and external communication, scheduling, and correspondence.
Assist with procurement, budgeting, and HR support.
Facilitate smooth interdepartmental coordination.
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in educational administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems.
Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

2. Accounts Assistant
Reports to: Finance Officer
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
Process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Assist in account reconciliations and petty cash handling.
Support monthly and annual financial reporting.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in Accountancy, ZICA Licentiate, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Pastel).
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and numerical skills.
Registered member of ZICA.

3. Driver
Reports to: Administrative Officer
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport staff, students, and official materials.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
Keep vehicles clean and in good working condition.
Maintain trip logs and mileage records.
Comply with traffic laws and institutional transport protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
Grade 12 School Certificate.
Valid Class C Driver’s License (minimum).
At least 3 years of relevant driving experience.
Defensive Driving Certificate is an added advantage.
Punctual, reliable, and good communication skills.
