1. Job Title: Group Accountant
Reports to: General Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness servicedelivery.
Qualifications :

Major Duties and Responsibilities
i. Prepare financial reports, business activity report and financial forecast
ii. Ensure that the organisation’s financial records and record keeping methods are
in compliance
iii. Periodically review the organisation’s financial reports and identify opportunities
for cost reduction
iv. Analyse data and advise top management on how to maximize profits
v. Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction
vi. Oversee organisation’s investment
vii. responsible for bank reconciliation
viii. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial transactions and reports
ix. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management to inform business
decisions
Experience and Additional Requirements
Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor/Purchasing Officer
Job Type: 1 year Contract (Renewable)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor/Purchasing Officer to oversee the food and beverage operations and purchasing functions of the hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, and managing purchasing operations efficiently
Responsibilities :
i. Supervise food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, conference and events
ii. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food and beverage
standards
iii. Manage purchasing operations, including sourcing, ordering, and receiving supplies
iv. Maintain accurate inventory records and control stock levels
v. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and menus
vi. Train and supervise food and beverage staff
vii. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
viii. Perform other duties as assigned by management
