As we expand our distribution network, we’re looking for honest and proactive individuals to be part of our operations team in various locations across the country, in the following positions:
1.
Finance Operations Lead
Key Responsibilities:
-
Monitor the execution and/or implementation of operational plans across the network
-
Prepare and review operational financial reports, management reports and performance dashboards
-
Monitor operational performance and recommend improvement strategies
-
Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures and internal controls
-
Monitor compliance with laws and regulatory requirements, including company policies
-
Manage and maintain financial systems and tools to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
-
Coordinate operational processes to ensure efficient and effective systems
-
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
-
Support strategic decision-making by providing financial and operational insights to senior management
2.
Warehouse Cluster Manager
Key Responsibilities:
-
Overseeing the operations of all depots within allocated cluster
-
Inventory management
-
Prepare and manage depot budgets across allocated cluster
-
Manage customer/client relationships including related stakeholders
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including company policies
-
Financial and operational reporting to senior man
3.
Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
-
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
-
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
-
Track outstanding invoices and follow up on payments
-
Handle filing, data entry and clerical tasks
-
Support budget preparation and monitor variances
-
Postings on accounting software
-
Maintain fixed asset register
-
Prepare monthly statutory returns
-
Support preparation of Financial Reports
-
Ensure Compliance with relevant regulators
Qualifications:
-
Full Grade 12 certificate
-
Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant or related field
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
-
Proficiency in use of microsoft office, especially excel
-
Experience in a similar role, is an added advantage
-
Experience in a large, accounting/audit firm is an added advantage
