1. Position: AFTER SALESPERSON

Location: Lusaka

Massbreed Investments Zambia is a fast-growing organisation in the Motor Industry of Zambia and is seeking to employ the services of After Salesperson.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor after sales activities to achieve set objectives and targets on all key customers.
• Bring in new clients for motor vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Maintain a database of all special events.
• Maintain contact with all clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.
• Customer feedback form to be completed before release of a vehicle.
• Follow-up call to every customer within a week to check on performance, assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning service delivery.
• Build and establish a good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue.
• 80% retention on all clients on our database.
• Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness  and distribution of company products to clients weekly.
• On all key customers, maintain a database of all special events.
• Maintain contact with all clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.
• Customer feedback form to be completed before release of a vehicle.
• 100% retention on all clients on our database.

. Requirements

• First Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience
• Knowledge on products such as Faw trucks, Sino, Loval  etc.
• 2 years’ experience in Motor Industry
• Must have a driver’s licence

2. Position: AUTO ELECTRICIAN (1)

Location: Lusaka

Responsibilities:

• Install new electronic components into vehicles
• Diagnose problems with the electronic components in vehicles
• Maintain and repair electronic components in our clients’ vehicles
• Always provide excellent customer service
• Utilize a wide variety of tools to repair parts as efficiently as possible
• Provide customers with a cost and time estimate for their repairs

Qualifications;

• A Class 1 Certificate in Auto Electrics.
• A Class 2 Drivers Licence Is a Must.
• Minimum Of 2 Years’ Experience In A Similar Role.
• Experience On Heavy Vehicles Is An Added Advantage.
• Strong Organisational Skills.

3. Position: CASHIER

Location: Lusaka

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Redeem stamps and coupons
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Bag, box or gift-wrap packages
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

Qualifications

• Grade 12 full certificate
• Certificate or Diploma in accounting
• Valid driver’s license
