Job. Title: LECTURER – COMPUTER SCIENCE (3)

(a) JOB PURPOSE

To undertake effective delivery of training in accordance with the curricula in order to impart knowledge to learners.

(b) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Principal and shall be responsible for:

i) Undertaking effective delivery of learners’ assessment, research supervision, industrial attachments assessments and maintenance of performance records in order to determine effectiveness of the level of learning;

ii) Undertaking the development and review of appropriate syllabi in order to ensure efficiency in delivery of training;

iii) Preparing schemes of work and lesson plans in order to ensure effectiveness of training;

iv) Undertaking effective research and consultancy in the field in order to contribute to the body of knowledge and promote best practice;

v) Ensuring that all Continuous Assessments (CAs) are submitted in good time to the Examinations Officer so that they are submitted to the appropriate Examination Bodies;

vi) Coordinating and undertaking regular monitoring and evaluation of training programmes on full, part-time and ODL Programmes; and

vii) Undertaking any other reasonable duties as may be required from time to time by the Principal (CEO), the Vice Principal or the Head of Section.

(c) QUALIFICATIONS

The applicant must possess the following qualifications:

i) Full Grade 12 School Certificate or its equivalent with a minimum of five (5) credits including English language;

ii) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT or and any related field; and

iii) Teaching Methodology Certificate will be an added advantage.

d) REQUIREMENTS

i) Two (2) years of experience;

ii) Ability to write reports and ability to communicate effectively in English

iii) TEVETA accreditation will be an added advantage

JOB TITLE: FINANCE MANAGER X 1

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the maintenance of financial information and submitting financial returns to appropriate regulators and other interested parties.

REPORTING TO:
THE CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Payroll management
• Reconciliation and verification
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial analysis
• Records management
• System and process enhancement
• Audit and regulatoryregulatt
• Preparation of financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts
• Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met
• Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting
• Review financial reports
• Analyse market trends to maximize profits and find expansion opportunitie
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA equivalent or better
• Must be a member of ZICA
• Teaching methodology qualification
• Computer literate
• Age: Above 25 years
• 2 years work experience
• Professional membership is a must
• TEVETA accreditation will be an added advantage

LECTURER – COMMUNICATION SKILLS (01)
Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate with Five (5) Credits or better
• Bachelor of Arts in Education with a Major in English
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• TEVETA accreditation is an added advantage

Lecturer/Instructor- Food Production  (02)

We are looking for a skilled leader/Lecturer or Instructor who can train students in Food Production (TQF-3).

In addition, you will need to know TEVETA’s regulations and able to translate the TEVET curricula.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Advanced Certificate (TQF Level 5) in Food production or in any other relevant field plus Teaching Methodology Certificate Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience in class management
• Knowledge and experience in preparation schemes of work, records of work, and lesson plans
• Accredited Trainer and Examiner of TEVET
• 3 years minimum experience of working in the industry
• Minimum of 3 Years of Teaching Experience
• At least 35 years old
