We are seeking qualified individuals to fill the following vacant positions.
WAREHOUSE HANDLING SUPERVISOR
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting: Operations Manager
Location: Kalumbila, Northwestern Province.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments
Overseeing Inventory Accuracy and Stock Levels
Directing and assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols, and providing training and performance feedback
Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock takes, and ensuring proper storage and organization of goods.
Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
Overseeing the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
Maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any potential hazards
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 School Certificate
Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and Supply
Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Knowledge in distribution or logistics management
Must be a member of (ZIPS) with a valid 2025 Certificate

WORKSHOP MANAGER
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting: Operations Manager
Location: Kalumbila, Northwestern Province
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment
Direct and plan the daily activities of the workshop, including scheduling work, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects .
Lead and manage workshop staff, assistant mechanics, and auto electrician
Oversee inventory, spare parts procurement
Implement and enforce quality control measures, conduct regular inspections, and address any quality issues promptly .
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, conduct audits, and enforce HSE protocols
Implement security and control systems to safeguard all equipment and tools
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 School Certificate
Degree in Mechanical/Auto Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on workshop experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
Hands-on experience with earthmoving equipment
Strong Knowledge of tools, equipment and repair techniques.
Proven leadership in planning, safety, and operational efficiency
Registered member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia
Valid Zambian driving license. Class c will be an added advantage.
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to supervise and train staff
Problem-solving abilities
Valid Silicosis Certificate

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting: Operations Manager
Location: Kalumbila, Northwestern Province
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and direct staging checkpoint crew, ensuring they meet project deadlines and work safely.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient goods are available for staging.
Track the movement of goods through the staging area.
Assist Operations Manager in building the SOP, training materials, testing, and commissioning of the new equipment.
Manage the setup and breakdown of staging, rigging, and scenic elements for events.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, particularly related to rigging and stage operations.
Maintain accurate records of staging activities, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and safety protocols.
Maintain and repair staging equipment, including rigging, props, and scenic elements.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a member of (ZIPS)

HSE COORDINATOR
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting: Operations Manager
Location: Kalumbila Northwestern Province.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and implementing comprehensive health, safety and environmental policies in accordance with state and company guidelines.
Creating and updating procedures, and programs related to health, safety, and environmental management
Organizing and delivering safety training programs for employees to ensure they are aware of hazards and safe work practices
Conducting regular audits to assess the effectiveness of HSE programs and identify areas for improvement.
Conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and developing preventative strategies
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to health, safety, and the environment.
Leading emergency response initiatives and conducting investigations after incidents to establish causes and preventive measures.
Keeping accurate records of safety inspections, audits, incidents, and training
Maintaining current knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements related to health, safety and environmental matter that impact the organization.
Communicating with various stakeholders, including employees, management, regulatory agencies, and contractors, on HSE-related matters.
REQUIREMENTS
Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
Minimum 5 years of HSEQ experience in fuel transportation, logistics, or dangerous goods environments.
Suitably qualified applicants must provide certificates which have been verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZQA)
TRUCK DRIVER
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting: Handling Supervisor
Location: Kalumbila, Northwestern Province
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Adherence to Zambian road safety regulations and company policies
Conduct pre-start vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
Report any vehicle defects or necessary repairs promptly.
Always keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
Ensure the vehicle is serviced on time
Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving.
Comply with driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
Ensure the vehicle(s) are in good working order. Regularly check lights, indicators, brakes, tire pressures, oil, battery, and radiator.
Report any defects to the supervisor.
Ensure that the vehicle(s) always have sufficient fuel.
Responsible for accurate maintenance of the vehicle log books, and daily reporting to the supervisor on mechanical status, to ensure efficient vehicle use and fuel consumption, supporting accurate
Follow the correct reporting procedure in the event of an accident, which shall be to the supervisor immediately an accident or incident happens and file an incident/police report thereafter.
Carry out all duties in accordance with the vehicle management policy and other policies of Kalonga Logistics Limited
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Zambian driving license, preferably Class C/CE.
Minimum 3 years of proven driving experience relevant to the specific vehicle category.
Valid Silicosis Certificate
Clean driving record and verifiable references.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Strong knowledge of Zambian road networks and road safety practices.
Must have own accommodation within Manyama
DRIVER
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting: Handling Supervisor
