Job Description

1. MATERIAL MANAGER (5 to 7 years) –

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, Business administration, or a related field
• Must have Following expertise-

1) Material/Stock requirements planning
2) Production planning
3) Inventory control
4) Materials Supply Management
5) Quality Control

2. REFINERY OPERATOR (7 to 10 years) –

• Diploma or Degree graduate in a relevant field such as process technology, engineering, or chemistry
• Must have the following expertise –

1) Responsible for the safe and efficient production of edible oils.
2) Maintaining, setting up, adjusting, utilizing, and repairing equipment or machinery 3) Operate control panels to coordinate and regulate process variables such as temperature and pressure, and to direct product flow rate, according to process schedules
4) Degumming of crude soya oil, operating equipment’s safely, monitoring meters and gauges, meeting production goals.
5) Must have knowledge of Fractionation, deodorization, Neutralization, Bleaching process.

3. QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (5 TO 7 years) –

• Bachelor degree in Bsc in chemistry, or relevant field, or previous experience as a chemist,
• Good knowledge of laboratory health and safety standards

Must have the following expertise-

1) Prepare solutions by weighing ingredients and dissolving and diluting substances 2) Ensure compliance with edible oil industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
3) Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems, Quality Assurance and Compliance
4) Must able to test FFA in oil, oil color unit, moisture in crude, coal test, bleach oil test, etc.

4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (5 to 7 years) –

• Ensuring company’s growth objectives are attained; articulating new business development opportunities and identifying, negotiating and managing relationships with technical partners in line with corporate goals.
• Develop and articulate a comprehensive tactical business development plan to accomplish the organization’s business goal.
• Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to penetrate and get new accounts. This includes preparation of presentations and tenders.
• Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities and feasibility reports supporting growth based on intelligence.
• Lead the formulation, execution and monitoring of company’s business development, market penetration strategies and plans for enhancing business growth.
• Monitor company performance against agreed business target.
• Assist in the preparation of bids/proposals.
• Develop and implement a training and development program for team members.
• Mentoring team members for improved performance individually and corporately.
• Ensure timely management of the performance of all team members

5. INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION MANAGER (5 to 7 YEARS)-

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Plastic mould Technology or relevant plastic industry work experience not less than 5years.
• Overseeing production related tasks including planning and trouble shooting.
• Analysing complex technical problems & equipment breakdowns and providing solutions for preventive actions.
• Analysing moulds, machine & equipment breakdowns, Ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Must have knowledge with working on Ferro Matic Milacron Injection machine, Blow moulding machines, must able to change moulds, should have experience handling chiller, compressor and other related machines.
