1. Revenue Assurance Officer -Treasury and Contract Management
Responsibilities
-
Preparation of tax Invoices for all revenue collected.
-
Computation and reconciliation of revenue
-
Management of all company contracts, service level agreements and memorandum of understanding
-
Prepare Invoices for the company partners for the services rendered as per contract terms. Follow-up on payments for the Invoices
-
Prepare merchant’s settlements after verification and validation of their respective collections as per contractual obligations
-
Posting of purchase orders for stock into Pastel
-
Analyze and maintain trade debtors’ schedule
-
And any other duties assigned by your supervisor
Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft excel and Pastel
-
Good analytical skills
-
Able to work under minimum supervision
Qualifications:
-
A full grade twelve certificate is a must;
-
Bachelors in accounting/ACCA/ZICA or any related field
-
Ability do carry out employee training will be an added advantage
-
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
-
Ability to Multi – task
2. Risk and Compliance Officer (Lusaka)
Responsibilities:
-
Identifies, analyses, and effectively develops mitigation strategies for identified risks.
-
Ensures that developed risk mitigation strategies are implemented.
-
Evaluates the effectiveness of risk management programs and recommending changes as necessary.
-
Trains staff in Risk Management and development of Risk Registers.
-
Reviews and updates project Risk Registers.
-
Prepares investigation plans.
-
Conducts investigations and obtains sufficient, reliable, relevant, verifiable, representative, and actionable evidence.
-
Precisely and competently writes investigation reports which addresses all necessary terms of reference.
-
Represents the organization as an expert witness in the courts of law.
-
Facilitates and represents the organization in all cases involving the organization in the courts of law.
-
Conducts spot checks for all projects in the provinces
-
Drafts annual work plans and coordinating activities with other stakeholders.
-
Makes follow ups on all issues identified and communicate to Compliance Manager and Company Secretary promptly.
-
Conducts and sets-up schedules for all planned Compliance Self-Assessments for all projects and Programs.
-
Prepares reports on compliance self-assessments and obtain responses to all recommendations.
-
Follows up on all recommended action points with strict time- lines.
-
Assists with development and implementation of internal controls, processes, and systems to enhance control environment.
-

Qualifications
-
Full Grade 12 Certificate or its equivalent
-
Bachelor of Accountancy/ Full ACCA/ CIMA
-
Professional Certification – Certified Risk Manager (CRM),
-
A Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) i.e. Member of the Association of Certified
-
Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and or Member of the Association of Certified
-
Forensic Practitioners (ACFP)
-
ICT Audit qualifications – CISA, an added advantage
-
At least five years Risk Management, Forensics investigations and Fraud Examiner experience.
-
Strong investigations skills
-
ICT skills strongly recommended.
-
Problem-Solving skills.
-
Investigation report writing skills
3. Marketing Personnel
Responsibilities
-
Planning and organizing daily work schedule.
-
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
-
Social media Management
-
Keep abreast of technological and digital advances related to sales and marketing.
-
Prepare detailed reports on implemented marketing and sales strategies.
-
Keeping track of targeted and actual sales to determine the extent of marketing support required
-
Participating in product development
-
Identifying new sales and marketing channel
-
Developing marketing strategies and marketing plans
-
Develop advertising and graphic content for social media
-
Handle community management on different social platforms
-
Identify marketing opportunities and develop marketing opportunities
-
Sourcing and storing information on competitive products for market research
-
Developing sales strategies and reaching out to potential leads
-
And any other duties assigned by your supervisor
Knowledge and Skills
-
At least a degree in Sales and/or Marketing/or Mass Communication or any related field.
-
Proficient in the Microsoft office package.

Minimum 2 years experience working in sales and/or marketing/

Sound work ethic, consistent and excellent time keeper
4. Humans Resource Assistant (Lusaka)
Responsibilities:
-
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
-
Provide clerical and administrative support
-
Compile and update employee records
-
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
-
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
-
Communicate with public services when necessary;
-
Effectively handle complaints, disciplinary and grievance procedures;
-
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews;
-
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
-
Assist our recruitment process and induction
-
Track staff probation and performance evaluation
-
Staff training and performance monitoring
-

Qualifications
-
A full grade twelve certificate is a must;

Must have a Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management;

Must be a paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZHRIM);

5. Customer Service (2) (Lusaka)
Responsibilities
-
Create and convert sales leads with new and existing customers for attainment of set sales targets
-
Customer vetting and collection of KYC
-
Manage and maintain customers’ accounts
-
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients and potential.
-
Maintains customer records.
-
Resolve customers’ concerns and complaints .
-
Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaint
-

Qualifications:

Minimum of a grade 12 certificate

Diploma in Business administration, or Business management or any related field

Responsibilities:

Manage our Choma office

Manage, assist in recruit and evaluate the performance of Sales Representatives in the region

Meet set placement, sales ,and revenue targets in the region

Set monthly placements ,sales and revenue targets for Sales representatives
-
Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales activities/sales reports
-
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
-
Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the area

Conduct market research to help understand the market and grow the market
