Available Positions


1. Company Secretary (Grade L2; Required No: 1)

Reporting to: Managing Director

Job Purpose:
Carry out company secretarial duties on behalf of the Board of Directors and management, attend to litigation and mediation, draft and scrutinize contractual agreements, and provide legal advisory services.

Requirements:
a) Grade 12 School Certificate (ZAQA certified)
b) Minimum professional qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (ZAQA certified)
c) Current practicing certificate/license
d) Relevant work experience: Five (5) years post-qualifying experience at the Bar
e) Effective communication and writing skills
f) Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


2. Finance Manager (Grade L2; Required No: 1)

Reporting to: Managing Director

Job Purpose:
Provide financial management and control, leadership, and coaching to the finance team.

Requirements:
a) Full School Certificate with at least a credit in English and Mathematics (ZAQA certified)
b) Full professional accounting qualification: ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, and a degree in Accountancy (ZAQA certified)
c) Minimum eight (8) years post-qualifying work experience, three (3) of which must be at top management level
d) Conversant with Local and International Financial Reporting Standards
e) Proven ability to develop an Accounting Information System
f) Valid driver’s license
g) Associate or Fellow member of ZICA
h) Knowledge of the water sector is an added advantage


3. Human Resource & Administration Manager

Reporting to: Managing Director

Job Purpose:
Manage the company’s human resources and administration support services.

Requirements:
a) Grade 12 School Certificate (ZAQA certified)
b) Minimum professional qualification: Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (ZAQA certified)
c) Fellow or Full Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management
d) Current practicing certificate/license
e) Relevant work experience: Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience in human resource management
f) Effective communication and writing skills
g) Valid driver’s license
h) Knowledge of the water sector
