Administration Manager (1 Position)
Purpose of the Role:
The Administration Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and its administrative functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining organizational efficiency by managing office systems, assets, logistics, vendor relationships, and providing support to senior management and employees.
Key Responsibilities:

He/she is responsible to ensure that the entire office and involved assets, systems including vehicles are in working condition for directors’ management and all employees
-
Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls responding to emails and managing correspondence
-
Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements for senior executives and staff members
-
Prepare reports presentations and other documentation for meetings and presentations
-
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files records and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
-
Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary and proactively
-
Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping and purchasing requests
-
Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring ensuring adherence to company policies
-
Collaborate with HRO to manage employee records attendance and vacation schedule
-
Liase, negotiate and deal with external vendors suppliers and client to ensure smooth business operations as per the purchase policy of the company

Conduct research and provide administrative support to various projects as assigned
-
Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed
-
Any other office work for Maintenance upkeeping and smooth functioning of business not specifically mentioned hereinabove
-
Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
-
Assist to prepare and manage the budget for administrative functions
-
Monitor expenditures and ensure cost – effective solutions for administrative needs
Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office systems.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
2. Drivers (2 Positions)
Purpose of the Role:
Company Drivers will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of staff and materials for official purposes. They ensure vehicle cleanliness, perform routine maintenance checks, and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and reliability on the road.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly for official duties.

Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of staff and delivery of materials.
-
Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and in good working condition.
-
Report any vehicle issues promptly.

Maintain a logbook and adhere to traffic rules and company travel policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Valid Class C driving license.
-
Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience.

Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
-
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is an added advantage.

Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.
