Role Overview

We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will ensure smooth and accurate payment transactions while delivering top-notch service that keeps customers coming back.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the ordering process
• Accurately process cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments
• Balance cash drawer at start and end of shift, prepare daily reconciliation reports
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve billing issues, and escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain a neat and organized checkout area
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient service flow
• Uphold all company policies on cash handling and loss prevention

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum O-Level (Grade 12) or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in hospitality or business an advantage
• 1+ year of cashiering or customer-service experience in a fast-paced food service environment
• Strong numerical aptitude; comfort handling cash transactions and basic reconciling
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient demeanor
• High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office)

Position: Fast Food Chef

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Employment Type: Full-time (Shifts, including weekends and holidays)

Role Overview

We’re hiring Fast Food Chefs to join our energetic kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, skilled in food preparation, and able to perform in a high-pressure environment. You’ll be responsible for preparing a variety of fast food dishes while maintaining high standards of hygiene and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items such as burgers, chips, fried chicken, wraps, and beverages to order
• Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
• Ensure food is fresh, properly stored, and rotated to minimize waste
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and workstation at all times
• Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure quality and food safety
• Work as part of a fast-paced team to ensure timely service during peak hours
• Assist with stock checks and report low inventory or kitchen supply needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum O-Level (Grade 12)
• At least 1 year of experience working in a fast food or restaurant kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training in HACCP or food handling is a plus)
• Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards consistently
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen
