Key Responsibilities
The Deans will be responsible for:
Providing strategic leadership and academic vision for their respective faculties.
Developing and implementing policies that enhance research, teaching excellence, and community engagement.
Overseeing faculty performance, resource allocation, and curriculum advancement.
The Heads of Departments (HODs) will be responsible for:
Leading departmental teams in delivering high-quality education and impactful research.
Collaborating with industry to ensure practical applications of departmental focus areas.
Supporting faculty development, research initiatives, and academic program enhancements.
Qualifications
Candidates for both Dean and HOD positions should possess:
A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline or extensive academic/professional experience.
Proven leadership experience in an academic or research environment.
Strong communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and innovative academic environment.
