1. Job Title: Factory Electrician / Farm site

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electricians to join our team. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems at the factory / farm sites and adherence to safety by observing electrical-code regulations that pertain to different job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers. Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Conduct general electrical maintenance.
• Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components at the factory / farm sites.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

2. Job Title: Administration Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled administration assistant to join our team. The administration assistant will be responsible for managing employee records, schedule staff travel appointments, Circulate Internal communications, permits & Visa applications, and Supervision of administration support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Update of staff records and other confidential information
• Application of travel documents
• Application of work permits
• Plan staff travel movements, Senior Management and keep appointments.
• Circulate internal communications
• Track attendance records of HR / Admin Team
• Prepare payroll inputs for all employees
• Maintain leave tracker for all employees
• Organize appropriate archiving system.
• Maintain all the documents with proper filings.

Requirements and skills

• Proven 5+ years of factory or management accounting experience.
• Diploma / Advanced certificate in Office Management or Equivalent
• Excellent computer and MS office skills is a must
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• A logical, and analytical approach – with attention to detail
• Organized multi-tasker

We are seeking a skilled Mechanics specialized in repair of Agricultural equipment’s to join our team. The Mechanic will be responsible for repairs of farm equipment’s and implements such as Tractors, vehicles, bikes, and light & Heavy-duty trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair agricultural machinery and equipment
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs
• Carry out servicing and routine maintenance
• Carry out safety checks and repairs
• Advise on technical issues
