1.0 Director Legal and Board Secretary

1. JOB SEPCIFICATION

Job Title: Director Legal and Board Secretary

Grade: P2
Department: Legal

2. Job Purpose

To provide Legal and Secretarial Services to the Agency and the Governing Board in order to safeguard the interests of the Agency and its stakeholders.

4. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

a) Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate or its equivalent
b) Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
c) Master’s Degree in Law, Business Administration or related fields.
d) Legal Practitioner with a Valid Practicing Certificate.
e) Qualification in legislative drafting is an added advantage.
f) Membership to the Law Association of Zambia.
g) Minimum of seven (7) years relevant work experience.

2.0 Manager Administration

JOB SPECIFICATION

Job Title: Manager Administration

Grade: P3
Department: Human Resources and Administration

2. JOB PURPOSE

To manage general administrative and logistical support services for efficient and effective operations of the Agency.

4. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

a) Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate or its equivalent
b) Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related Social Science.
c) Master’s Degree in a related field is an added advantage
d) Minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience with at least three years at middle management.

3.0 Manager – Digital Transformation

1. JOB SPECIFICATION

Job Title: Manager – Digital Transformation

Grade: P3
Department: Information Communication Technology (ICT)

2. Job Purpose

To lead and manage the Agency’s digital transformation initiatives, ensuring successful integration of digital technologies, fostering innovation, and driving a digital-first approach that aligns with the Agency’s strategic objectives.

4. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

a) Full Grade twelve (12) School Certificate or equivalent.
b) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
c) Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field is an added advantage.
d) Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification work experience in ICT systems management with a minimum of three years at middle management level.

5. OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED

a) Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing digital strategies.
b) Proficiency in modern digital tools, platforms, and best practices.
c) Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
d) Ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organisation.

4.0 Manager Procurement

JOB SPECIFICATION

Job Title: Manager Procurement

Grade: P3

Department: Procurement

2. JOB PURPOSE

To provide strategic leadership of the procurement function and expert advice to Management to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services in line with the Public Procurement Act and related policies and regulations.

4. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

a) Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate or its equivalent
b) Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply (CIPS – Level 6) or bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Supply.
c) Master’s Degree in a related field is an added advantage
d) Membership to the Zambia Institute for Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS).
e) Minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience with at least three years at middle management.
