Job Description

1. Purchasing Officer

Job responsibility:

1-Experience in spare parts and sporadic local procurement
2-Have experience in electricity supply communication
3- Should have knowledge of Recycling waste disposal
4-Should have knowledge of Transport vehicle booking
5- Should have experience in Diesel Procurement, Price and Share System Maintenance, Price Quotation
6-Package procurement, sourcing, price and share system maintenance, price quotation
7-Infrastructural small project renovation

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above,
  2. strong executive ability, strong learning ability,
  3. computer literate
  4. At least 2 years experience in similar role

2. Issuing and Offloading officer *2

Job responsibility:

1)Receive and pick up waybill, dock with each area for goods preparation
2)According to the site situation, inform the vehicles to enter the site in order
3)According to waybill, confirm the quantity and quality of the goods to be prepared
4)Arrange for loading,Guide loading and unloading, reduce broken rate
5)Ensuring that pallets, belts, push trucks and other resources are arranged nicely after work.
6)Supervise the operation of operators on site to ensure no safety accident
7)Pay attention to the abnormal situation of delivery on site to ensure no theft

Qualification:

College diploma in supply chain, One year experience in the same role required.

3. Warehouse Officer

1) Bachelor degree
2) More than 2 years of warehouse work experience, familiar with outbound, inbound, inventory counting, 5S sorting and other links, able to fill in the warehouse location card in time, verify whether the inventory is accurate, and ensure that there are no abnormalities in daily inventory.
3) Have a sense of responsibility and execution at work, and be able to report problems as soon as possible.
4) No criminal records.

4. Import and Export Supervisor

Job responsibility:

1, Manage import works, including tracking, border clearance, warehouse coordination, inspection coordination to ensure containers arrive at the warehouse safely;
2, Team building, make sure all the team members are united and work with all the efforts;
3, Liaison with government officers in various departments in relation to import and export management
4, Assist Managers works.

Qualification:

1, Having atleast 3 years related working experiences;
2, Major related with Clearance or Logistics;
3, Being outgoing and Flexible when handling things and works.
4, Being loyal to company and having no bad background,

5. Audit and Supervision Supervisor

Job responsibility:

1)Conduct Internal Audits: Plan and execute audits across various departments and business units to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with company policies.
2)Fraud Detection & Investigation: Lead or support investigations related to suspected fraud, misconduct, or policy violations; collect and analyze evidence, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
3)Compliance Monitoring**: Monitor and evaluate adherence to internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards; recommend corrective actions when necessary.
4)Reporting & Documentation: Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations.
5)Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and controls, and work with relevant departments to implement improvements.
6)Training & Awareness: Support the development and delivery of compliance and anti-fraud training programs to promote a culture of integrity within the organization.

Qualification:

1)Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
2)Experience: Proven experience in internal audit, with a strong background in anti-fraud investigation and compliance monitoring.
3)Language: Excellent spoken and written English; able to communicate effectively in an international work environment.
4)Personality: Outgoing and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills; able to work well with colleagues across different departments.
5)Analytical Skills: Clear and structured logical thinking, with the ability to identify issues, assess risks, and propose practical solutions.
6)Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations to ensure a coordinated approach to audit and compliance efforts.
7)Follow-Up Audits: Track the implementation of audit recommendations and verify that corrective actions have been effectively taken.

6. Sales Manager (Modern Trade)

Job responsibility:

1. Promote regional sales work and achieve sales targets with high quality
2. Maintain good customer relationships and encourage customers to place orders on time .
3. Do a good job in collecting payments from customers to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the collection process.
4. Researching market information and analyzing market changes can provide timely and accurate feedback on market conditions.
5. Team management experience and have achieved outstanding results in the past

3. Do a good job of customer collection work to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of collection work.
4. Research market information and analyze market changes, and can timely and accurately feedback the market situation.

Qualification:

1. Related sales experience above 2 years
2. Sales related experience, good communication skills, strong initiative
