MULTIPLE POSITIONS

Waitresses (x3) & Waiter (x1)

Role Overview:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing attentive service with a smile and creating a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests warmly
Present menus, take accurate food and drink orders
Serve meals and beverages efficiently
Handle payments and use POS systems
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas

Requirements:

General Certificate of Education (GCE)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, bar, or lounge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
Diploma in Hospitality or related field is an added advantage
Friendly, presentable, and able to work in fast-paced environments

Shisha Attendant (x1)

Role Overview:

Responsible for preparing and serving shisha to customers, while ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, monitor, and clean shisha pipes
Assist customers in selecting flavors and setting up
Ensure safe handling of coals and equipment
Educate guests on proper use and safety

Requirements:

General Certificate of Education (GCE)
Minimum 1 year of experience working with shisha in a lounge or bar
Strong attention to detail and hygiene
Friendly and professional demeanor

Chef / Cook (x1)

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals consistently and contributing to a creative and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals to order
Ensure all dishes meet food safety and presentation standards
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and inventory control
Collaborate on new menu items and specials

Requirements:

General Certificate of Education (GCE)
Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen experience
Familiarity with kitchen operations and hygiene practices
Diploma in Culinary Arts or Food Production is an added advantage
Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Door Bouncer / Security (x1)

Role Overview:

Maintain order and ensure a safe, secure, and respectful environment for staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Control access and verify IDs
Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary
Handle conflicts calmly and professionally
Coordinate with management and emergency services if needed

Requirements:

General Certificate of Education (GCE)
Minimum 1 year of experience in security or crowd control
Physically fit, alert, and well-composed under pressure
Good interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Diploma in Security Studies or related field is an added advantage
