1. Ballet Instructor & Art Teacher

Overview:

2. Primary School Teachers
Overview:
The Learning Ladder is in search of dedicated Primary School Teachers committed to delivering high-quality education aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute lessons that meet curriculum objectives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Engage with parents and the school community to support student development.
• Uphold the school’s commitment to child safeguarding and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Education or a related field.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable international-standard school.
• Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) practicing license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom is an advantage.
