1. Position:
AUTO ELECTRICIAN (1)
Location:
Kitwe
-
Install new electronic components into vehicles
-
Diagnose problems with the electronic components in vehicles
-
Maintain and repair electronic components in our clients’ vehicles
-
Always provide excellent customer service
-
Utilize a wide variety of tools to repair parts as efficiently as possible
-
Provide customers with a cost and time estimate for their repairs
Qualifications;
-
A class 1 Certificate in Auto Electrics.
-
A class 2 Drivers License is a must.
-
Minimum Of 2 years’ experience in a Similar Role.
-
Experience on Heavy Vehicles is an added advantage.
-
Strong Organizational Skills.
2. Position:
GRAPHIC/IT OFFICER(1)
Location:
Kitwe
Responsibilities
-
Provide first point of IT Support contact for all staff.
-
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
-
Assisting staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face; email or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
-
Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organization as required.
-
Log all incidents and service requests in Company designated Help desk system.
-
Manage Help desk tickets, planning and prioritizing systematically to minimize backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
-
Ensure system and data security is maintained at a high standard, ensuring the integrity of the Company network is not compromised.
-
Expedite the repair of hardware faults and software configuration problems, notifying or forwarding to relevant suppliers in a timely manner.
-
Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles when required, supporting the roll-out of new applications and solutions.

Full Knowledge industry standard computer graphics software (Adobe Creative suite / CorelDRAW Graphics) will be an added advantage.

Full knowledge of Server administration and hands on software and Hardware Maintenance
Qualifications

Grade 12 Full Certificate

Certification in Computer Graphics (Adobe Creative Suite) will be an added advantage

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field

3. Position:
PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE
Location:
Kitwe
Responsibilities
-
Market and Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects/customers
-
Undertake new business development initiatives.
-
Recommend solutions to customers and prospects (Customer Relationship Management).
-
Ensure continuous customer liaison (Key Account Management).
-
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance from throughout the sales process and after sales
-
Researches the market and recommends new opportunities (Gathering Marketing Intelligence).
-
Identifies market trends/developments, and conveys the information to senior managers.
-
Compiling weekly reports. Attain Full product knowledge by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
-
Qualify prospective buyers by understanding their requirements, interests and matching these interests to various products.
Qualifications

Grade 12 certificate

Diploma in Warehouse or Certificate in Automotive or equivalent required
-
At least two years of experience in an automotive or truck parts warehouse, repair center, dealership, or similar facility highly preferred.

Marketing certificate will be an added advantage.

4. Position:
ASSISTANT HR
Location:
Kitwe
Responsibilities
-
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
-
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
-
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
-
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
-
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
-
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
-
Communicate with public services when necessary • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
-
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
-
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
-
Advise on the operation of industrial agreements
-
Conduct all other industrial relations issues.
-
Maintaining all employee files.
-
Develop and administer policies on different employee classifications and wage structures.
-
Maintain or assist in developing good relationships between employers and employees.
-
Conduct research relating to industrial relations, such as how changes in work practices affect productivity.
Qualifications:

Full Grade 12 Certificate

Minimum Diploma in HR, management, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience as a Human Resource Assistant.

Must be a member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).

Valid Drivers License.
5. Position:
ACCOUNTS CLERK
Location:
Kitwe
Responsibilities
-
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
-
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
-
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
-
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
-
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
-
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
-
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
-
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
-
Constantly update job knowledge
Qualifications

Grade 12 full certificate
-
Diploma in accounting or its equivalent
-
Valid driver’s license

2 years experience

Knowledge in Sage Accounting Software will be an added advantage
6. Position:
AFTER SALESPERSON
Location:

Responsibilities
-
Lead and monitor after sales activities to achieve set objectives and targets on all key customers, maintain a database of all special events.
-
Maintain contact with all clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality. Customer feedback form to be completed before release of a vehicle.
-
Follow-up call to every customer within a week to check on performance, assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning service delivery.
-
Build and establish a good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue.
-
80% retention on all clients on our database.
-
Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity via panel van utilization and distribution of company products to clients weekly.
-
On all key customers, maintain a database of all special events.
-
Maintain contact with all clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality.

Customer feedback form to be completed before release of a vehicle.

100% retention on all clients on our database.

7. Position:
PARTS PICKER

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Oversees computerized parts catalog system and maintains a running inventory of regular and special-order parts and supplies.
-
Sorts, places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence, like size, type, style, color, or product code, work order.
-
Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line
-
Packages individual parts orders for courier shipments. Completes and processes shipment documents and processes for courier pick-up using computer.
-
Dispenses parts to service mechanics.
-
Identifies optimum sources for replacement parts and assemblies.
-
Purchases standard items.
-
Receives and inspects incoming shipments for correct quantity and quality of materials.
-
Processes invoices for payments and maintains proper records.
-
Obtains quotes on major expenditures and obtains approval for nonroutine purchases.
-
Maintains knowledge of pricing, changes in parts, and technical service bulletins through collaboration with sales and other company staff.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
