Job Summary
As Front Desk Operators you will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling inquiries, ensuring smooth operations and Processing payments among many other duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.

Providing accurate information about the products and services offered.

Processing payments, issue invoices, and manage cash/card transactions.
-
Ensuring compliance with company policies and systems.
-
Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
-
Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or in any related field Certified by Zambian Qualifications Authority (ZQA)

2 years proven experience in an administrative role or front desk
-
operations within the hospitality industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Summary
As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote products/services.

Developing marketing plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Planning and executing advertising campaigns across various media channels.

Maintaining brand consistency in all marketing materials and communications.

Developing strategies to attract and retain customers through promotions, events, and loyalty programs.

Identifying and engaging with potential clients through networking, partnerships, and outreach efforts.

Tracking marketing campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or in any related field Certified by Zambian Qualifications Authority (ZQA).

2 years proven experience in Marketing or in any related role.

Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
